For owners of New York residences whose design team is somewhere else, or whose architect and contractor are in place and the interior decisions are not. A working practice comes to the residence, records what is there, and writes the plan: what to change, in what order, and what each decision commits you to. Four hours on site, 10 business days to the finished record and plan, up to eight rooms, and a year to act on it.

The practice is independent residence planning. We draw interiors, build the millwork, and make the furniture, so a recommendation is written by the people who would execute it. It works alongside an architect, a contractor, or a designer already engaged, and you do not need to own the property yet.
